The House at 755 Gary
So, we got the house!! This is all pending the inspection on Friday morning. Some people have had trouble w/ this page, so I'm splitting it into two (since I wasn't very careful w/ image sizes). So, on the bottom you'll notice a link to page 2. Tralala.

Kind of cool, but need to be majorly trimmed back.
So, this woman just moved to a nursing home. Her stuff is still mostly here, so it's not AT ALL "staged" for the real estate market. Instead it's kind of like walking into a house frozen in time. So imagine drapes gone, hardwoods, and new paint
When you walk in the front door, this is your view. Imagine the nice
oak floors under that 50 year old wool carpeting. Also imagine the curtain taken down on the
entranceway into the kitchen (it's a nice arched door under that curtain). To my right here is
the extra living room space that used to be a bedroom (and could easily be again).

a wall here, right behind the door.
This entrance leads to the bedroom and bathroom (and would lead to the other bedroom were it not
now part of the living room.
