Shipping and Handling
Once received, orders are generally shipped within 2 business days. Shipment may take longer for customer service issues or weather/shipper related delays. Once shipped, delivery normally occurs within one week. Delivery times may be longer in November and December. We prefer to deliver to physical addresses so we may better track the packages and allow for faster deliveries.
Standard shipments to physical addresses within the contiguous U.S. are made by United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Shipments to PO boxes, APO/DPO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories are made by USPS using First Class Priority Mail.
EXPRESS shipping is available at a higher rate (Express shipping is not available to PO Boxes, APO/DPO/FPO addresses or U.S. Territories). Once your package ships, it should arrive the next business day barring any weather or shipper delays.
Other than APO/DPO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories, we no longer ship internationally.
During our HOT season, COLDPACK shipping is available for a higher cost. Please see below for more details.
