Blue Bear-y and Gold Bars 1 1/2 Cups unsalted butter, softened Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix butter, sugar, eggs, flour, almonds and cheese together until mix resembles pastry dough. Press 3/4 mixture into buttered 1/2 sheet pan. Scatter blueberries across top, then sprinkle remaining flour mixture on top, in a streusel manner. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool. Cut into squares and serve. Makes approximately 32 bars. |
