Cougar Cheese Recipes


Cheesy Corn Bread

8 oz cornbread muffin mix
1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup sour cream
2 large eggs
2 cups American Cheddar, grated

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Grease 8 x 8 square baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl, blend together all ingredients EXCEPT 1/2 cup of grated cheese. Spread in baking pan an top with reserve cheese.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Remove from oven and cool on rack. Once cool, cut into squares.
