Cheese Stix

Oil for deep-fat frying
1 can Crimson Fire cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs, lightly beaten
5 cups cornflakes, finely crushed

In an electric skillet or deep-fat fryer, heat oil to 375°F.
Put the flour, eggs and crumbs into three separate shallow bowls.
Cut cheese into 1/2" slices. Cut each slice into half length-wise, and then each half into thirds (1/2" wide).
Coat the cheese sticks in flour; dip in egg, then roll in cornflakes until well-coated. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Fry the coated cheese sticks in batches for about 30 seconds or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve accompanied with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
