Strawberry Spinach Salad with Cougar Gold
In small skillet over medium heat, stir sesame seeds until golden; set aside. Blend oil, vinegar, sugar, onions, paprika and Worcestershire sauce, and toasted sesame seeds. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Wash spinach thoroughly, dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries and cheese.
Pour dressing over salad and toss gently. Serve immediately.
