Hort 201; Bot 320. Physical and physiological basis for handling
and storage practices; perishable organ onogeny and physiological
disorders; post-harvest environment requirements. Field trip required.
Cooperative course taught by WSU, open to UI students (PlSc 418/518).
Credit not granted for both Hort 418 and 518. Hort 518 has additional
requirements.
