Faculty prepare Biographical Data Sheets for personnel files
in Human Resource Services.
- File a Biographical Data Sheet for each new employee. See 60.11.
- File a Biographical Data Sheet for current employees to add information
to their records in Human Resource Services.
- File a Biographical Data Sheet for faculty-level individuals who have
nonservice agreements such as fellowships or internships. See 30.30.
