The Board of Regents have approved this policy for inclusion in the Executive Policy Manual.
Washington State University Board of Regents Debt Management Policy EP31
This new policy states the principles that will govern the use of debt
instruments to finance University capital and infrastructure projects and
assigns responsibilities for the implementation and management of the
University's debt.
