You may be interested to know that two books have been published in 2001 in France:
Les Metteurs en scène
Lettres à l'ami français
both by Edith Wharton at Michel Houdiard Editeur

They are interesting because they have been written in French by EW, and because they have excellent notes and foreword by Claudine Lesage.
