Summary: The film roughly follows the plot of the original 19th-century novel. Professor Van Helsing leads a motley team of young men in an effort to hunt down and kill Count Dracula. Along the way, the loose Miss Lucy gets bitten, begins roaming the night stealing children and must eventually be mutilated in order to gain eternal rest. The situation becomes even worse as the pious Mina cannot resist Dracula's temptations.
