Summary: In 20,000AD, the Dunpeel (half vampire/half human) D is hired to find a young woman and her vampire kidnapper. Along the way he meets up with a rival team of bounty hunters, the Barbaroy (an assorted set of monsters who serve the vampires) and faces the ancient vampire Carmilla. Once he finds the girl, will D return her to her father and brother or has he been too much affected by love?
