The Faculty Senate shall immediately appoint an ad hoc Procedures Committee with at least five members to develop explicit procedures for systematic faculty input to decisions resulting in reorganization, consolidation, relocation and/or elimination of programs, units and degrees or termination and/or relocation of tenured, tenure-track or non-tenure-track faculty. The Procedures Committee shall consult with WSU administrators, WSU faculty and outside experts and report back to the Faculty Senate before May 1, 2009.

After an inconclusive voice vote, the motion was defeated in a show of hands.
