You can check out a spare key at the front desk. You must present your picture ID. These keys will be checked out for 15 minutes, after which a lock change will be in effect.

When the desk is not open, you will need to page an RA on duty to let you into your room. After the third staff assisted lockout, the resident will be charged $10 for each lock out. Be careful to remember your keys!
