We are actively recruiting outstanding candidates to conduct interdisciplinary research. Our main computational approaches include bioinformatics data mining (probabilistic graphical models and machine learning methods) and mechanistic mathematical modeling (ordinary differential equations, stochastic models, metabolic network models, and agent-based models). Our experimental systems include mouse models, mammalian cell culture, and yeast.
